My aim is to see people achieve goals.
Whether it's to lose weight, get back to fitness from injury or a long break from training, wanting to train for a certain event or just wanting to feel better and have more energy!
This is why I'm a Personal Trainer.
I love showing people that it doesn't take hours of slogging it out at the gym to develop good exercise habits and see great results.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Want to get fit or fitter? Lose weight? Get stronger? Or just feel better and need some advice, guidance or someone to motivate you? I can help. I will tailor sessions to your needs and goals and when you're not training with me I will make sure you have an easy to follow program for your own training sessions.

TIME POOR TRAINING
This is something i'm very passionate about. Educating people on the benefits of short, sharp exercise sessions when time is tight! Using minimal equipment or none at all.

TRAINING MUMS AND DADS
As a busy dad of two boys, i know how hard it can be to find energy to train and eat healthy. I want to show people that it can be done. Using my knowledge and experience of being in this situation and combining that with my knowledge as a trainer, i can help you kickstart a healthier lifestyle in an easy to follow way and still get the kids to school on time!

GROUP FITNESS
I run high energy small group training classes of up to 8 people, this is a great way of getting a good workout in a social environment. As i keep the classes small, you won't feel like a number amongst a huge crowd! I can still focus on everyone and we can have some fun while working up a sweat.
