ONE ON ONE TRAINING
One on one training means that you are the centre of attention. The entire fitness session will be tailored to your own individual needs and goals. If you have any injuries, we will address them and work to get you as pain free as possible.
HOME PROGRAMS
I will tailor an exercise program for you to do in your own time, in your own home.
Whether you have any equipment or not doesn't matter, you can do alot with a little!
If you're time poor, it can be tailored to fit around your busy life.
DIET AND NUTRITION
As well as exercise, I will cover nutrition and other lifestyle factors that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Small group training is a great way to to get a good workout in a social atmosphere. Classes of up to 8 people are available at different times throughout the week to suit your schedule.

Neil Connor is a qualified Personal trainer who gained his qualifications in Brisbane and Adelaide, Australia. After running a successful training business while living in North London, UK for 6 years, he is now based in Adelaide, Australia where he runs Hiitman Mobile Personal Training.
