
GROUP FITNESS
Small group fitness classes are a great way to get a good all-round workout in a social environment. I keep the classes small (up to 8 people) so i can still give everyone a good level of attention and make sure people are training with good form.
Training with other people is also a good motivator and everyone encourages each other to do their best.
So if you feel that you may not be in need of personal one on one training and would like to train amongst like minded people, group training may be for you.

1 ON 2 TRAINING
A popular way to maximise your training while making it more cost effective. Partner training is the closest you'll get to Personal Training. With only 2 people i can give you more attention than group training and you still have the encouragement of your training partner.
